Scrape lot and order dirt if required to build house pad. Build house pads correct elevation and concrete specifications. House pad will be laser graded and cut out all porches, garages and patios according to site plan.

We haul in dirt to build up lot and pad if required or will haul dirt off lot. Any grass from scrape or during any of the grades will be hauled off lot. 

Safety grade or slab touch up following the pour of the house pad. All footer dirt will be leveled off and concrete pieces will be thrown in dumpster on lot.

Cut out driveway and sidewalk per site plan. Concrete driveway will be cut to concrete company specifications. Paver driveways will be cut at 6” in depth. Dirt cut out from driveway will be used for rough grade.

All finals will be graded below grade stakes to allow for sod. All sidewalks, curbs and driveways will be graded just below top of concrete to allow for sod to match up to paved surfaces and properly drain. 

If there is trash and debris on lot left by previous trades (2x4, wood, shingles, cardboard, plywood, pallets, concrete, sod, paint buckets, soffit material, stucco, material, lunch trash etc.) Pictures will be taken before and after.

All additional tractor work including backfilling, moving dirt load and misc other tractor work that does not fit within the standard grades.

Silt fence installation service offered. Silt fence will be kept on lot until final grade. At final grade all silt fence will be removed and thrown in dumpster on lot.
